(SR96:335) <br /> <br /> This item was removed from the agenda indefinitely. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-91-1$-2M, Nancy Montgomery <br />Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development to <br />subdivide a 1.58 acre parcel into two lots, .80 acres each, where the PUD requirement is <br />for minimum one-acre lots. The property is located at 3800 Trenery Drive. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District. <br />(SR96:334) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver inquired if this is the only lot involved. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said yes. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Nancy Kristine Montgomery, 3800 Trenery Drive, indicated she was in agreement with <br />the staff report and conditions. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, the public heating was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance No. <br />1699, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the <br />application of Nancy Montgomery for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit <br />Development plan to subdivide a 1.58 acre parcel into two lots, .80 acres each, as rded <br />under Case PUD-91-15-2M. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 11 11/19/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
