Norma Lemoine, 3456 Foothill Road, referred to the General Plan Steering Committee
recommendations. Her property is curren~y designated Low Density/Rural Density/Open Space.
She wants to keep that and objected to the proposal by the General Plan Steering Committee to
redesignate her property and the urban growth boundary line. She objected to the fact that she
had not been notified of the proposed change. If she does not receive notice until after
establishment of the urban limit line, it would be too late and she would be denied the use of
her property. She referred to any possible impacts of development of her property and felt it
was consistent with the current General Plan.

Larry Levin, 3178 Weymouth Court, also requested another meeting of the General
Assembly to review the General Plan Update before it goes to the Steering Committee. There
was very poor attendance at the last meeting.

Bob Luther, 5128 Blackbird, urged Council to use whatever legal means necessary to
stop the Bay Meadows proposal.

6, PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS

Item 6a
-- PUD-90-01-3M.
