Ms. Michelotti felt the location was a big problem. The idea of getting these types of <br /> rents in Ple~__~nton is a good goal. Council went way out of its way on Case Avenue to get a <br /> mixed market project. She felt there would be great neighborhood opposition in this location. <br /> Access is a real problem.
