Mayor Tarver did not like this approach to solving the problem of cars parked on <br /> the street with 'for sale" signs, but understood from the City Attorney's office <br /> there was no other solution. <br /> <br /> Michael Roush said there used to be an ordinance prohibiting this activity but it <br /> was deleted four years ago. There have only been a couple of areas in the City <br /> that have become a problem. In the future other solutions can be looked at. <br /> <br /> o. The artwork will be displayed for the next two weeks. <br /> <br /> Roger Smith, 6344 Alisal Street, expressed his concern about a developer who had <br />obtained permission from the County to build a house outside the City's urban growth boundary <br />line, on a highly visible hill which had been designated open space by the City.
