Adopt Resolution No. 97-110, approving an additional office modular adjacent <br /> to the existing City Hall building at 200 Old Bernal; approve expenditure of <br /> $45,500 ($36,892.16 for purchase of the modular plus a 10 percent contingency) <br /> for the purchase of the modular facility from Mobile Modular, Inc.; authorize the <br /> City Manager to modify the existing purchase agreement used for the modular <br /> facility at 200 Old Bernal to include this proposed modular facility; approve an <br /> expenditure of $10,000 to purchase interior furnishings for the modular; and <br /> approve an expenditure of $5,000 for on-site improvements including landscaping <br /> modifications.
