MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Roger Gathers, 1212 Harvest Road, commented on the proposed firearm sale ordinance. <br />He felt some of Kimberly Rowland's comments were inaccurate. The problem was being <br />exaggerated and this ordinance was not needed. He said guns are not the problem; people are. <br /> <br /> Diane Habener, 385 Linden Way, said while attending an Alameda County zoning <br />variance hearing, she discovered the Hempy/Faber parcel being developed in the County was <br />going to be 20,000 sq. ft. , not one acre lots as proposed. She said it was not represented this <br />way when it was presented to Council and wanted to know if there was any recourse. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum said staff was not aware of any lot line changes for the two lots. Council had <br />only approved sewer connections for two houses.
