Ms. Michelotti commented the minutes from July 15 for Item 4m, Ordinance No. 1720, <br /> approving the application of Silver Bear, PUD plan Approval, as filed under Case PUD-97-10, <br /> reflect a reimbursement minus the fees for mailings, but the reimbursement was not reflected <br /> in the motion. She wanted to know if this is being taken care of. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said there was discussion to reimburse the developer part of the fee. <br /> Council directed staff to work with the developer on this. He felt it did not need to be included <br /> in the motion. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis said she spoke with Dorene Paradiso, who had two amendment requests for <br /> the July 12, 1997 minutes: 1) that her name be spelled correctly and 2) page seven, second <br /> paragraph, second sentence should read as: She said she had and the gun was purchased <br /> illegally. <br /> <br /> June Blanch, 393 West Angela, agreed with staff's recommendation concerning Item 4h. <br /> She requested speed limit signs also be implemented with the stop signs. She commented that <br /> traffic will increase with the proposed commuter train station at the Fairgrounds. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions be taken <br /> on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for July 12 and July 15, 1997, both as <br /> amended. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim August 11 through August 17, 1997 as "Home Health Aide Week". <br /> <br /> c.
