Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Beard of Directors of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Moller Ranch to order at 6:58 p.m. Mr. Lum presented the staff report. Chairperson Tarver declared the public hearing open. There being no testimony, the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. 97-87, confh'ming the assessments within the Moller Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District and ordering levy and collection thereof. (SR97:212) The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Boardmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Chair Tarver. NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 1, CALL TO ORDER Mayor Ben Tarvet called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:20 p.m. Ms. Michelotti led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She congratulated Scott Erickson for his efforts in helping Pleasanton be awarded HUD's National Best Practices Award. 2. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Rhonda Basore called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Thomas P. Pico, Jr. and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works; and Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works. 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mayor Tarver requested Item 4h, PUD-89-17-4M, Currin Construction Company, be moved to Item 6D and Item 4f, Modification of Interim Development Standards for the Vineyard Corridor and North Sycamore Area (to delete square footage limitations for expansion to existing residences) be moved to Item 6C.
