MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 15, 1997 <br /> <br /> 6:00 p.m. Closed Session <br /> <br /> Council conferred with the City Manager regarding Labor Relations - Management Pay <br /> and Performance Plan; conferred with legal counsel concerning potential litigation against <br /> DSRSD concerning its certification of an EIR and approval of the Clean Watt Revival project <br /> and existing litigation against DSRSD/EBMUD Recycled Water Authority (DERWA) concerning <br /> its certification of an EIR and approval of the San Ramon Valley Recycled Water Program. <br /> <br /> 6:55 p.m. Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts - Oak Tree Farm and Moller Ranch <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />-- Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Oak Tree Farm to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tarver asked staff what effect Prop 218 would have on these two districts. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum said it might have some effect if the districts needed major work done. For <br /> the regular, on-going activities the districts have funds available in reserves. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, the public heating was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. <br /> 97-86, confirming the assessments within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement <br /> District and ordering levy and collection thereof.
