She felt the design review process would take care of this. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the reason in treating detached structures separately was it might have an <br />impact on how a property might be subdivided. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if there would be a limitation on the size of a structure someone <br />wanted to build. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift the size would be determined through the administrative process. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said Mr. Swift would look at the permits and make a decision as to <br />whether it would work.
