Mr. Higdon said only the mortuary property owner was participating. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if there was money left over from the Califomia Reflections project to <br />fund the widening? Are the properties not required to participate? <br /> <br /> Mr. Higdon commented California Reflections participated in the widening. The other <br />locations were not required to participate. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Miehelotti, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 97-92, approving a mitigated negative declaration for the First Street Bridge at Arroyo <br />Del Valle. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Miehelotti, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to approve Contract <br />Amendment No. 3 with URS Greiner, Inc. to increase the contract amount by $33,273 to <br />provide additional engineering services for the subject project; and authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute Contract Amendment No. 3. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c(4fi <br />Modification of Interim Development Standards for the Vineyard Corridor and North <br />Sycamore Area, (SR97:224) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if there were a maximum size for residential and/or agricultural <br />structures. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said there is no maximum size designated. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet said the way it is worded now is that out buildings greater than 400 square <br />feet would still require a PUD modification plan and the addition of the word "new" changed <br />the intent of the original design criteria.
