It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to reconsider whether <br />to place Ordinance No. 1719 (assuming it is adopted) on the ballot, with the decision (as <br />to whether to place it on the ballot) to be made at the second reading of the ordinance. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti. <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, commended Scott Erickson on receiving the HUD <br />award. He said he was concerned about the County Supervisor's decision on Little Valley. He <br />said he would like to know about the extension of Ray Street. The downtown plan called for <br />Ray/St. John Street intersection to be brought together. He said the building and property is <br />probably for sale at a very reasonable price. He hoped he would get some response from <br />Council in regards to this. He spoke about his concerns with the Downtown Plan. <br /> <br /> Cindy larvis, 5637 Baldwin Way, asked why the townhome units at Goldcreek <br />Townhomes were being charged for sewer as single-family residences.
