It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to reconsider whether to place Ordinance No. 1719 (assuming it is adopted) on the ballot, with the decision (as to whether to place it on the ballot) to be made at the second reading of the ordinance. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti. NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarvet ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, commended Scott Erickson on receiving the HUD award. He said he was concerned about the County Supervisor's decision on Little Valley. He said he would like to know about the extension of Ray Street. The downtown plan called for Ray/St. John Street intersection to be brought together. He said the building and property is probably for sale at a very reasonable price. He hoped he would get some response from Council in regards to this. He spoke about his concerns with the Downtown Plan. Cindy larvis, 5637 Baldwin Way, asked why the townhome units at Goldcreek Townhomes were being charged for sewer as single-family residences. She asked to get a corrected bill and if a percentage of the back bills could be refunded. Ms. Acosta said staff would look into this and call her back. Ms. Dennis asked staff if townhomes were considered single-family residences.
