(SR97:199) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked what the density of the California Reflections project was? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said it was approximately 8 units per gross acre. <br /> <br /> Dwight Davis, the applicant, gave a presentation on the proposed project. <br /> <br /> Dave Gates gave a brief report and presented pictures of the proposed plan drawing. <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if the California Reflections project also had vines on the wall? <br /> <br /> Mr. Gates said yes but the vines were not set to cover the entire wall as it would for this <br />project. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if the proposal was for the vines to take over the wall, giving it a <br />green effect. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gates said yes. <br /> <br /> Larry Cannon, the City's architectural consultant, agreed with the green wall design. <br /> <br /> Mr. Davis was asking Council to approve the project, either as staff recommended or <br />with the entrance off Stanley. He said he was committed to working with the residents to make <br />this a nice addition to the community. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if there were any drawings available on the traffic calming island. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gates showed on the pictures how the island would work.
