Ms. Michelotti asked if staff was able to work on the Zone 7 issue at this time. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said yes. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked about the "review of the City fee schedule". <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta explained the reference to City fees are the incidental fees that go along with <br />the AB1600 report. Staff is completing the development fee study under the high priority <br />projects. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet said if staff cannot determine a date then have it undetermined with an <br />action step that has a date on it. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked for public testimony. <br /> <br /> There was none. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to approve the proposed <br />project timelines, milestones and processes, and for City Council to provide staff with <br />comments necessary to assure that the proposed schedules and processes are consistent with <br />Council expectations. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6f <br />City Response to the "Alameda COunty EnvirOnmental Impact Report Addendum/Summary <br />Response to Comments" for the Little Valley Specific Plan. (SR97: 174) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if the City would be required to provide public services even if the <br />project did not meet City standards. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the Fire Department would respond under the mutual aid contract with <br />the County. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said if the City was required to do something contractually the appropriate <br />conditions could be imposed.
