He said he would like to know how the "safe and creative" activities would be <br />defined. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala said it would be done in the implementation phase. <br /> <br /> Eddie Richardson, 3 150 Half Dome Drive, said he supported the policy. <br /> <br /> Jay Hickman, 5469 Cameo Court, invited the Mayor and Councilmembers to the third <br />annual art show that would be held by the Parks and Community Services Department on <br />Monday, April 28, 1997 at the Senior Center. <br /> <br /> Mark McLean, 3284 Melanie Circle, and Dave Coberly, 1033 Riesling Drive, wanted <br />to thank the City Council for its support in increasing the cultural activities. They invited <br />Council to come to the next Coffee House on May 30, 1997 at 8:00 p.m. at the Senior Center. <br /> <br /> Matt Whitbeck, 5090 Independence Drive, representing the Youth Commission, wanted <br />to ask Council to continue its support of the youth programs. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked what the process would be to develop the implementation plan for the <br />youth policy statement. <br /> <br /> Mr. Whitbeck said it had not been discussed yet. The proposed policy would explain <br />what the Youth Commission was all about. <br /> <br /> Liz Sainthill, 1056 Serpentine Lane, representing the YMCA, wanted to thank the City <br />Council for participating in the Government in Youth Day. <br /> <br /> There were no further speakers. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis commented that she was very impressed with the Vision Statement.
