Mayor Tarver hoped that when the ordinance comes forward, the matter will be well <br />noticed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta commented that Council's upcoming schedule is well booked. Is this a high <br />priority, or highest priority, project? <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said the highest priority. As soon as the Council's schedule permits bring <br />it forward. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said that this should be on Council's schedule in approximately 90 days. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis wanted to thank Stu and Kimberly for the suggestion to move it up on the <br />priority list. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said he hopes that the community will comment at the Council meeting. <br /> Ms. Ayala asked what projects would be pushed down by moving this up. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian commented that no projects would be pushed down or removed from the list. <br />The gun regulation ordinance would simply be added to the highest priority list. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said that he understood that staff would come back with a complete list <br />of priorities after hearing public testimony and Council's concerns. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta replied that staff would be creating a list for Council. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala indicated that she is worried about the downtown area and would like it <br />moved up on the list. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver believed that it could be moved up to the highest priority list. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti commented for the record that had she understood that the contract with <br />Zone 7 was separate from the issue of overall water rights, she would have moved it down on <br />the ranking of priorities. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was aS followS: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 15 3/18/97 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
