Mr. Homolka commented that all the meetings are open to the public. When an alternate <br />is not acting as part of the committee, the alternate would be part of the audience and were free <br />to comment. He hoped there would be a working relationship between the committee members <br />and the alternates. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet commented the City Council would try extremely hard to hear all voices. <br /> Mr. Pico asked staff to clarify if the Windsor group is part of Zone 5. <br /> <br /> Mr. Homolka said they were not expressly listed but they are included. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico said he wanted the Windsor group listed by name on the document. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti agreed with Mr. Pico and said the Windsor group had been involved since <br />the beginning. <br /> <br /> Mr. Homolka said they would be listed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution 97-13 be <br />adopted, approving the report "Study Plans and Community Involvement Process for the <br />West Las Positas Traffic Study", appropriate $200,000 from the General Fund and direct <br />staff to proceed with the Community Advisory Committee Study. <br /> <br />The roll Call v0t¢ was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis wanted to thank in advance all those involved. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver encouraged those that want to be involved to be at the orientation meeting. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Revision to Alignment and Street Cross-Section - Del Va!le Parkwa_v (SR 97:65) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet asked about the future development of parcels necessitating the <br />development of sidewalks along the north side of the road.
