Ms. Dennis asked if there was a house to the north of this property. Mr. Swift there is a pad currently approved for a house that is about to begin construction. Ms. Ayala asked how big the house would be. Mr. Swift said 5800 square feet. Ms. Michelotti asked if that house would screen this proposed house. Mr. Swift said the houses are very close to the same elevation and therefore would not screen each other. If someone is on Foothill Road just north of where Bethel Lane runs straight up, they would see two houses before the 5800 sq. ft. house and before they would see Mr. Thomas's house. It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 98-147, approving a Negative Declaration for the application of Jerrell Thomas for rezoning as filed under Case PUD-98-10. The roll call was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. " ABSTAIN None.
