Did the same process
happen on a scaled down basis?

Ms. Noyes said the plan does not have any turn restrictions and it does not negatively
impact anyone on the side streets. The people who will be directly impacted by the devices
being proposed are those that live within approximately 500 feet of the devices. She felt the
petition process would address the concerns.

Ms. Michelotti asked what streets the petition process applied to?

Ms. Noyes said the immediate street and approximately 500 feet on the side streets.

Ms. Michelotti asked if the funding would be addressed on the new survey?

Pleasanton City Council 11 6/2/98
Minutes
