In regards to the traffic <br />issue, there will be a signal constructed at the intersection of Foothill Road and Muirwood Drive <br />South. A stop bar will also be installed to keep cars back on Muirwood Drive South to prevent <br />them from turning right on a red light. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti wanted to ensure that the people understood the consequences of the seven <br />foot masonry sound wall. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked if the tree issue regarding Lot 27 had been addressed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Summer said he is planning on working with the neighbors so the trees are placed <br />appropriately. He <br />said Table 1, Scenario 32, shows a 1996 city-wide model and some other numbers: He asked <br />what this number represented. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the tables are based on the 1996 baseline updated with the existing traffic <br />counts for the existing' scenario. The projections in Table 1 reflect the 1996 baseline report. <br />He thought it had been updated to the 1998 model. The numbers shown are the numbers in the <br />buildout model, either under construction or approved as of 1996 updated through the date of <br />the report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said therefore he did not have an updated traffic report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said that appears to be the case in terms of tl-.e 1996 baseline.
