Mr. Belecky said absolutely. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said Stoneridge Drive connecting to E1 Charro was part of the platform <br />the City has in mind. <br /> <br /> Susan Home, 2569 Wilde Avenue, had concerns with the Livermore Airport noise and <br />hoped that the Council would do studies before any additional development is approved for the <br />east side of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis said there is a schedule listed on the highest priority list. <br /> <br /> Ms. Home asked if Staples Ranch would be approved before the priority of the <br />Livermore Airport gets addressed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico said probably. He commented that the City of Livermore was having a special <br />event at the airport on September 12 and suggested that she go to the event and voice her <br />opinion. <br /> <br /> Ms. Home said she voiced her opinion that if the pilots appreciated the residents they <br />would not fly over so low.. <br /> <br />6. (SR98:227) <br /> <br />Also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if there was a conflict between the General Plan and the Specific Plan <br />with respect to this property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said staff does not believe so. The General Plan as adopted in 1996 clarified <br />this particular site as commercial and offices, which was the designation under the Downtown <br />Specific Plan.
