Randy Lum gave a brief status report. Ms. Acosta said the delay in the project was because no bids were received the first time this project was bid. She said the City and the School District made a decision to go forward with the project even though it was close to the start of the school year. It was determined it would be better to install the signal now rather than wait another school year. Also the City's contractor has been giving the School District bids for the driveway construction and the School District is asking the City to fund the construction of the driveways and then reimburse the City as soon as the paperwork is submitted. Ms. Michelotti thanked everyone who coordinated this project. Ms. Ayala appreciated that the City and School District were able to work together on this project. g. Adopt the revisions to Exhibit A of Resolution No. 83-60, revisions to policies and guidelines utilized in designating organizations/activities as eligible for City support, including maintaining the 75 % residency requirement. Ms. Acosta said the application for 4k is for rezoning only and did not need conditions attached. 1.
