Zoning for the property is <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District. <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the September 15 Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Item 6c <br /> Approval of reimbursement agreement with the City of Dublin for 1-580 Interchanges. <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the September 15 Council meeting. <br /> <br />· Item 6d <br /> Approval of process and timing for new Council priorities. (SR98:216) <br /> <br /> Steve Bocian presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver had concerns with some of the dates and details. He stated the items on <br /> the highest priority list: Happy 'Valley Specific Plan - Golf Course; San Francisco Bernal <br /> Property Specific Plan; Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan; Library Study; Local <br /> Transportation Improvement Fee; Negotiation of Water Contract-with Zone 7; two <br /> Neighborhood Parks in North Pleasanton; Regional Transportation Improvements Additional <br /> Funding; Wastewater Disposal Capacity; BART Parking Review (Public Works); Community <br /> Center/City Hall; Facility Needs Fees Study (AB1600); Joint Fire Headquarters; Water Rights; <br /> West Las Positas Traffic Study and the Altamont Commuter Express Rail Project. Staff is trying <br /> to finish these projects. Then staff can start on the high priority projects. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala said Council makes its highest priority list to ensure that a high level of <br /> customer service is first. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan and the Golf Course projects need <br /> to be finished before staff can start on the downtown projects. The East Side Specific Plan was <br /> intended to be picked up as soon as the two projects above are completed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said the construction date for the Golf Course is 9/98 and the annexation <br /> is 2/99.
