He <br />doubted that all seven agencies would agree to raising the fee. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis said the local fee can be raised. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said regionally you can only get so much. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver did not want to tell Contra Costa that the City was committed to staying <br />in this. He had serious reservations about the expenditure plan. He wanted a guarantee that this <br />would be heard within thirty days. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala agreed this is not a neat package. She wanted to give guidance to TVTC to <br />wrap this up. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said TVTC is moving forward. On more than one occasion TVTC has <br />accommodated one or more agencies in order to keep this thing moving forward. Eleven <br />projects have been decided upon. The thirty days is to give Livermore a time to review the <br />expenditure plan.
