(SR98:126) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, supported staffs recommendation. He felt this <br /> is a bad project and voted twice against this project.
