Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Moller Ranch to order at 6:58 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, adopting Resolution <br />No. 98-54, declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the MoHer Ranch <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District; setting June 16, 1998 as the date of the public hearing <br />for the Board to hear protests concerning the proposed assessments; and directing the Clerk <br />of the District to mail a notice of the public hearings to the owners of the real property <br />located in the Geologic Hazard Abatement District. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Directors - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Chair Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She invited everyone <br />to attend a joint meeting with the School District on June 4, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Thomas P. Pico, <br /> Jr. and Mayor Ben Tarver.
