St. Francis <br />Electric). <br /> <br />6:55 p.m. Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts for Moller Ranch, Tract 6618 and Oak Tree <br />Farm (Tract 6563 and 6748). (SR98:124) <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Oak Tree Farm to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, adopting Resolution <br />No. 98-53, declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Oak Tree <br />Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement District; setting June 16, 1998 as the date of the public <br />hearing for the Board to hear protests concerning the proposed assessments; and directing <br />the Clerk of the District to mail a notice of the public hearings to the owners of the real <br />property located in the Geologic Hazard Abatement District. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Directors - Ayala, Denms, Michelotti, Pico and Chair Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 05/19/98 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
