Ms. Ayala remembered that Ms. Dennis' objection at the February 1997 meeting was the <br />color change. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said she would second the motion only if the driveway would be left at <br />sixteen feet. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver wanted to reduce the driveway to twelve feet. <br /> <br /> The motion died from a lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Pico to deny the appeal and uphold <br />the Planning Commission's approval of the home with a condition which requires that it <br />be reduced to a maximum of 4,500 sq.ft. subject to the conditions of approval contained <br />in Exhibit "B". <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ayala and Pico. <br />NOES: Councilmember Michelotti and Mayor Tarver. <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis. <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Due to the tie vote, this matter was continued to the May 5 meeting. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-98-01, Equus Heights - Dong Yu Real Estate Development <br />Application for PUD plan approval for a six-lot custom home development located on the <br />west side of Foothill Road at Equus Court. This development plan consists of a portion of <br />a previously approved plan for this site (PUD-87-19, Yee). The 7.68 acre project site is <br />zoned PUD-LDR/RDR/OS (Planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential/Rural <br />Density Residential/Open Space) District.
