Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract amendment and scope of <br /> work for consulting services with Mundie & Associates for the Happy Valley <br /> Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report. (SR98:57) <br /> <br /> g. Adopt Resolution No. 98-20, declaring that weeds, rubbish or refuse upon or in <br /> front of certain described properties within the City of Pleasanton constitute <br /> public nuisances and that the same shall be abated, and setting a public hearing <br /> in regard to same. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Corey, Canapary and <br /> Galanis Research and Counsel in Marketing to complete a school age care <br /> resident survey at a cost of $13,650. (SR98:61) <br /> <br /> i. Adopt Resolution No. 98-21, approving the agreement between the Livermore <br /> Amador Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA) and the East Bay <br /> Dischargers Authority (EBDA) for additional wastewater discharge capacity. <br /> (SR98:59) <br /> <br /> j. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta introduced David Bouchard, the new Executive Director of the Pleasanton <br />Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> David Bouchard, 777 Peters Avenue, expressed his pleasure with the City of Pleasanton <br />and looked forward to continuing the good business relations and economic vitality of the city. <br /> <br /> Rick Brant, 2216 Segundo Court #2, indicated his rent was just increased 22%.
