Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract amendment and scope of <br /> work for consulting services with Mundie & Associates for the Happy Valley <br /> Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta introduced David Bouchard, the new Executive Director of the Pleasanton <br />Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> David Bouchard, 777 Peters Avenue, expressed his pleasure with the City of Pleasanton <br />and looked forward to continuing the good business relations and economic vitality of the city. <br /> <br /> Rick Brant, 2216 Segundo Court #2, indicated his rent was just increased 22%.
