CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions <br />be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for March 3, 1998. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim April 6, 1998 as "Tartan Day" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> c. Approve the plans and specifications for Fairlands Park Renovation, Project No. <br /> 958038; award the contract to White Oak Landscape, Inc. for a low bid of <br /> $492,412.75; authorize the transfer of fund balances from completed CIP projects <br /> into the Fairlands Park Renovation fund; and authorize the City Manager to enter <br /> into the contract for this project. Approve the plans and specifications for the remodeling and addition to 123 Main <br /> Street, Project No. 958072; award the contract for the subject project to P.J. <br /> Atkinson Construction of Walnut Creek, California for a low bid of $181,355.00 <br /> Base Bid plus $38,650.00 for Alternate 1; approve Amendment No. 3 with <br /> Hallmark Design Group to increase the contract limit by $8,663.75 for additional <br /> design work and construction services during construction; authorize the City <br /> Manager to enter into the above contracts; appropriate an additional $55,000 from <br /> the funds set aside from the General Fund Facilities Renovation Fund Reserves; <br /> and appropriate an additional $107,247 from the funds set aside from the existing <br /> City facilities development projects funded in the CIP (Project No. 958073). <br /> (SR98: 60) <br /> <br /> e.
