The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to install one stop sign at the Sycamore/"A" Street intersection and to add future stop signs as deemed necessary. Ms. Michelotti wanted to make sure this was listed in the plan, so when it was deemed necessary in the future, there would not be a problem. Ms. Dennis asked if there was a way to place a sign that warned on-coming traffic about the Green's driveway and if there was a way to disclose other mitigations. Ms. Dennis did not support a landscape and lighting district. Mr. Constanzo said the Homeowners Association that was being proposed was a private maintenance association. Mr. Swift said it is staff recommendation that this be a voluntary association. Ms. Ayala said she wanted to reduce the setback on certain existing properties.
