1. Adopt Ordinance 1733, approving an amendment to the development agreement <br /> with Crocker Properties, Inc. (Wells Fargo) for the Stoneridge Corporate Plaza <br /> II. <br /> <br /> m. Accept the status report regarding City Hall facility improvements. (SR98:07) <br /> <br /> n. Adopt Resolution No. 98-02, ratifying the action of the City Attorney certifying <br /> that city assessments comply with Proposition 218. (SR98:05) <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis and Michelotfi <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver and Council member Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5, MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> The City Council honored the following businesses in operation over 15 years and <br />presented each of them with a plaque: <br /> <br /> Alexander &Associates Dillingham Construction <br /> Doctor Steven Anastasiou Pathfinders in Communications <br /> Valley Plumbing & Home Center Dr. Teresita Laxon <br /> lloyd Bookkeeping Wilson's The Leather Experts <br /> Coldwell Banking <br /> <br /> The following businesses were honored but unable to attend: <br /> <br /> Chateau Electric, Inc. MBM Corp/Pro~cient Food Company <br /> Fischer Mangold Group Shields World Travel <br /> Tobacco Loft Berlogar Geetechnical <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Dennis presented Roger McLain with a proclamation for Lions Eye Health <br />Program. <br /> <br /> Roger McLain, 1787 Beachwood Way, gave a brief report on the Lions Eye Health <br />Program. <br /> <br /> Paul Corrado, 1519 Fairview Court, spoke on three issues; noise, loss of the urban forest <br /> and the use of temporary trailers.
