MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> Report Date January 19, 1988 <br /> <br />TO: Planning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br /> Tract 5835, Vintage Heights II <br /> <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />2. That the developer comply with all applicable sections of the <br /> Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br /> <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br /> approvals which this development may have received from the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for <br /> all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. <br /> <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plans and all supporting <br /> information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br /> improvement plans for the development. <br /> <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public streets be <br /> set at 1.0% unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> Grades less than 1.0% down to 0.5% shall require special <br /> approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, and controlled flow <br /> testing. <br /> <br />7. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record <br /> within the development unless otherwise approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br />8. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each lot of <br /> record within the development unless otherwise approved by the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
