Prepare ~chematic planf s) showing existing facilities and all proposed <br />improvements, including future work items such as the entrance gate, sign <br />relocation and parking lot expansion to better identify the design and <br />arrange meat of contract improvements. <br /> <br />4. Based on the above plan(s} prepare schematic cost o_oinion for first <br />priority improvements, <br /> <br />5. Meet with Staff to review schematic plan(s} and cost opinion. <br /> <br />6. Based on input received, prepare a ~reliminary ~lan showing existing <br />features and all proposed improvements to be a part of Contract Documents, <br />below. The preliminary plan shall be dimensionally accurate and could <br />serve as the base map for working drawings, <br /> <br />7. Prepare one Ct'oss section through House, terrace, gazebo and lawn area to <br />illustrate the design and clarify scale relationships. <br /> <br />8. Prepare itemized t}reliminar_v cost opinion from the proposed design plan, <br /> <br />9, Meet with Staff to review the above materials; revise and refine the work <br />as necessary. <br /> <br />10. Using colored renderings of graphic materials, attend one meeting of the <br />Parks and Recreation Com mission. <br /> <br />PHASE II: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />1. Prepare working drawings based on the approved design plan, above. <br />Plans shall include the following documents (approximately four sheets <br />required. <br /> <br /> a. Cover sheet <br /> b. Demolition and removal plans. ' <br /> c. Construction layout, lighting and grading plan with details. <br /> d. Planting and irrigation plan with details. <br /> <br /> <br />
