2. Prepare written specifications in 81/2" x 11" format. <br /> <br />3. Develop final cost opinion, <br /> <br />4. Submit contract documents at 60% and 100% stages of completion to Staff <br />for review and comment, and modify accordingly. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />All work is to be performed on an hourly basis in accordance with our <br />current hourly rate schedule up to the following not-to-exceed amounts. <br /> <br /> Phase I: Design Development $2,690 <br /> Phase II: Contract Documents $4,225 <br /> Total $6,915 <br /> <br />The above figures include reimbursable expenses for graphic reproductions <br />on a cost plus 10% basis. Reproductions include the following products: <br /> <br /> 1. Ozalid prints and 8 1/2 x 11 black and white reductions of <br /> preliminary plan and section for Staff review and <br /> Commission presentation, <br /> 2, Working drawing base sheets. <br /> 3. Progress prints of working drawings and specifications for Staff <br /> review. <br /> 4. Reproducable mylars and twenty sets of ozalid prints of working <br /> drawings for bidding purpose. <br /> 5. Twenty bound copies of final specifications for bidding purposes. <br /> <br />EXTRA WORK <br /> <br />All work performed by John Nicol & Associates and requested or approved <br />by the City which is not specifically outlined by this scope of services shall <br />be considered as "EXTRA WORK". EXTRA WORK will be billed on a time and <br />materials basis according to the fees outlined in EXHIBIT B. <br /> <br /> <br />
