contribute an amount not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the City's monthly contribution established for full time employees as set forth in the paragraph above. For regular part-time employees who average between thirty (30) and thirty-nine (39) hours per week, the City shall contribute an amount not to exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of the City's monthly contribution established for full time employees as set forth in the paragraph above. 14.2 Health and Medical Care - Retirees Effective March 1, 1986 the City shall contribute an amount not to exceed seventy-five dollars and no cents (75.00) per month for the purpose of providing aforesaid hospital and medical coverage to employees who, having reached the age of sixty (60) with twenty (20) years of City employment, retire "for service". Said contribution shall continue until the employee reaches his or her seventy second (72nd) birthday. Effective January 1, 1988 the amount will be increased to an amount not to exceed ninety dollars and no cents ($90.00) per month per employee. Effective April 30, 1990, for all employees who retire for service after April 30, 1990 the City shall pay for each year of service, four percent (4%) of the monthly premium for employee and one dependent of the City's current Kaiser S-1 Health Plan coverage.
