contribute an amount not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the <br /> City's monthly contribution established for full time employees <br /> as set forth in the paragraph above. For regular part-time <br /> employees who average between thirty (30) and thirty-nine (39) <br /> hours per week, the City shall contribute an amount not to exceed <br /> seventy-five percent (75%) of the City's monthly contribution <br /> established for full time employees as set forth in the paragraph <br /> above. <br /> <br />14.2 Health and Medical Care - Retirees <br /> <br /> Effective March 1, 1986 the City shall contribute an amount not <br /> to exceed seventy-five dollars and no cents (75.00) per month for <br /> the purpose of providing aforesaid hospital and medical <br /> coverage to employees who, having reached the age of sixty (60) <br /> with twenty (20) years of City employment, retire "for service". <br /> Said contribution shall continue until the employee reaches his <br /> or her seventy second (72nd) birthday. Effective January 1, 1988 <br /> the amount will be increased to an amount not to exceed ninety <br /> dollars and no cents ($90.00) per month per employee. <br /> <br /> Effective April 30, 1990, for all employees who retire for <br /> service after April 30, 1990 the City shall pay for each year of <br /> service, four percent (4%) of the monthly premium for employee <br /> and one dependent of the City's current Kaiser S-1 Health Plan <br /> coverage.
