<br />14. The proposed outdoor lighting for the subject property shall be of low intensity and <br />shielded in order to minimize its visibility from off-site. Outdoor lighting shall also <br />not glare onto adjacent properties or streets. Exterior lighting shall use the lowest <br />wattage and shall limit the number of fixtures to attain the lowest luminosity. <br /> <br />15. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on- <br />site excavation, all work shall stop and the City immediately notified. The County <br />Coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall be notified, and <br />procedures followed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act. A <br />similar note shall appear on the grading and construction plans. <br /> <br />16. A construction trailer shall be allowed on the project site for daily <br />administration/coordination purposes during the construction period. At no time <br />shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles, if any, shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />17. The applicant shall larger submit stucco and color samples of the buildings for <br />review by the Planning Commission at a later date. <br /> <br />18. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment <br />must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be <br />equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />GREEN BUILDING <br /> <br />TM <br />19. The subject building shall achieve a minimum LEED “certified” level on the <br />LEED Green Building Checklist at the time of building permit submittal. A final <br />list of the green building measures shall be submitted in conjunction with the <br />plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits <br />for the project. <br /> <br />TM <br />20. The proposed LEED Green Building Checklist shall be shown on the second <br />page of the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. The sheet <br />number(s) where each checklist item is addressed in the plan set shall be noted <br />on the checklist. All proposed green building measures shall be shown <br />throughout the plan set, as appropriate, as determined by the Planning Director <br />and the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />21. The Building and Safety Division may require special plan check or inspections <br />for the green building measures proposed.
