Contractor's personnel, operate, or directly use <br /> construction equipment. The Contractor shall be solely <br /> responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, <br /> procedures, and safety precautions on the Project. <br /> <br />10. Work with the Owner and Contractor to identify, review, <br /> analyze, and approve or reject change order proposals. <br /> Negotiate with the Contractors the scope and cost of change <br /> orders, using as a basis for such negotiations the records <br /> listed herein and documented material and labor costs. <br /> Prepare such change orders as may be required and submit <br /> them to the Owner for review with Architect's written <br /> recommendations. <br /> <br />11. Submit to the Owner monthly reports to apprise the parties <br /> of conditions affecting the construction of the Project. <br /> These reports will include, but not be limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> a. Work accomplished during the period. <br /> <br /> b. Work anticipated for the following period. <br /> <br /> c. Cash flow projections. <br /> <br /> d. Information on materials and equipment deliveries. <br /> e. Change orders. <br /> f. Job problems and corrective actions taken. <br /> <br />12. Act as the Owner's onsite representative. Keep such reports <br /> as the following: <br /> <br /> a. Daily diaries, <br /> b. Material test reports, <br /> c. Weld test reports, <br /> d. Contractor schedule progress summaries, <br /> e. Contractor work force staffing levels, and <br /> f. Equipment test reports. <br /> <br />13. Coordinate the work of inspection bureaus and laboratories <br /> used in the inspection and testing of materials used in the <br /> construction. Receive reports by such laboratories or <br /> bureaus on the materials tests and bring to Owner's <br /> attention necessary remedial actions required to correct <br /> defective work. <br /> <br />14. Receive, review, prepare recommendations regarding, and <br /> submit to Owner monthly payment requests for the <br /> Contractors. <br /> <br /> - 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
