15. Assist the Owner in making interim and final inspections of <br /> the work and submit a report upon which final settlement and <br /> termination of.construction contracts can occur. <br /> <br />16. At the completion of the Project, prepare a final report, <br /> including a summary of final contract and total project <br /> costs. <br /> <br />17. Maintain project files onsite. <br /> <br />18. Provide, as required, continued coordination with all <br /> utilities, governmental agencies, labor unions, or other <br /> organizations that may affect the Project. <br /> <br />19. Recommend Owner acceptance of completed work. <br /> <br />20. Assist the Owner in the checkout and prove-in of the <br /> facility, as requested. <br /> <br />21.
