Design of relocated irrigation line as disclosed in the BSK Soils <br /> Report of February 10, 1987. <br /> <br /> k. Soils reports, percolation testing and reports. <br /> <br /> 1. Title reports. <br /> <br /> m. Pot hol ing for location of existing underground utilities. <br /> <br /> n. Any additional services as specified in Section 1.7 of the attached <br /> A.I.A. Document, B-141. <br /> <br /> B. Bidding and Negotiation Phase: <br /> <br /> Ruth and Going, Inc. shall assist the City in obtaining bids and assist in <br /> preparing contracts for construction. City shall be responsible for the <br /> distribution of bid documents. <br /> <br /> Pre-Bidding of the pre-engineered buildings will occur after City approval of <br /> the Design Development Phase of work. <br /> <br /> Page 6. <br /> <br /> <br />
