Plans will include a title <br /> sheet (prepared in the CIty of Pleasanton format); typical <br /> sections; layout plans (showing horizontal and vertical <br /> alignment); construction details for the soundwall, and <br /> drainage and utility plans as necessary. Aesthetic details <br /> for the soundwall and other miscellaneous details and notes as <br /> necessary will also be prepared. <br /> <br /> A separate set of Improvement plans may be prepared for the <br /> sanitary sewer work. <br /> <br /> 6.3 Specifications: <br /> <br /> The City will supply its standard "boilerplate" specification <br /> sections. <br /> <br /> Prepare specifications In the City of Pleasanton format using <br /> Caltrans Standard Specifications, supplemented by site <br /> specific special provisions, and City of Pleasanton <br /> requirements. <br /> <br /> 6.4 Estimate: <br /> <br /> Prepare a detailed Engineers Estimate based on plan quantities <br /> and specification requirements. Unit costs will be based on <br /> Caltrans cost data supplemented by other cost data sources. <br /> <br /> 6.5 Submittal: <br /> <br /> · Submit one set of plans to the City at approximately 30% level <br /> of completion, for Informational purpose. <br /> <br /> · Submit two sets each of plans, specifications and estimate, <br /> upon completion, to Greiner Engineering and Zone 7 for review <br /> and comment; 5 sets of the plans, specifications and estimate <br /> (as required) will be submitted to Caltrans for review and <br /> comment. The City shall be provided with two sets of the <br /> plans, specifications and estimate for informational purposes. <br /> <br /> · Two sets of revisions (and resubmittals) shall be included in <br /> the scope of this task. Subsequent revisions shall be <br /> considered as extra work. <br /> <br />7.0 Right-of-Way Services <br /> <br /> 7.1 Arrange initial meeting with Zone 7 to discuss necessary <br /> construction permit and maintenance easements within the Zone 7 <br /> right-of-way for soundwall construction. <br /> <br />PTP.32.16 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
