Site Inventory & Analysis <br /> <br /> Gather basic information pertaining to existing site <br /> conditions: grading information, degree of erosion, general <br /> environmental conditions, user information, topographic survey <br /> information and other base information (provided by the City), <br /> etc. <br /> <br /> 2. Conceptual Desiqn <br /> <br /> Provide preliminary design plans drawn at 1"=20' (or appropriate <br /> scale} with sections as necessary to illustrate correction of the <br /> site specific drainage/erosion problems and typical solutions <br /> where appropriate. <br /> <br /> Generate preliminary plans for the parking lot layout. Provide <br /> preliminary design details illustrating materials and sizes of <br /> fencing, proposed drinking fountains, park signs, and their <br /> locations. Provide a preliminary construction cost estimate for <br /> site improvements. <br /> <br /> Submit plans and estimates to City staff for review and comment. <br /> Revise plans as necessary and present to the Pleasanton Parks and <br /> Community Services Commission. <br /> <br /> 3. Construction Documents <br /> <br /> Proceed with drafting of construction plans, specifications, and <br /> estimates based upon approval of preliminary plans, revising <br /> plans as necessary in accordance with City comment(s}. <br /> <br /> A.' An overall plan will be provided (1"=200') showing the <br /> location of erosion/drainage problems and all proposed site <br /> ~3provements, including drinking fountains, signs, and <br /> fencing. Typical construction details will be provided for <br /> correction of drainage problems at roadway crossings as <br /> applied to each situation (and keyed to the overall 200-scale <br /> plan}, and linear roadway grading/drainage/paving corrections <br /> will be drawn at 1"=20' with sections as needed. Note: These <br /> grading plans will be based upon the existing topographic <br /> information provided by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
