8. That the haul route for all materials to and from <br />-- this development be approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to approval of the final map or the start of <br />any construction. <br />9. That the developer submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement <br />plans prior to the approval of the final map. <br />10. That the developer submit a dust control plan or <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans prior to <br />approval of the final map. <br />11. That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, or pipes <br />not within the area of a dedicated public street or <br />an approved public service easement be privately <br />maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br />12. That approval of the water supply and.distri- <br />bution system be withheld pending final design <br />and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long-range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. A <br />public main within a P.S.E. shall be installed for <br />this development. <br />13. That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross-connections <br />control and backflow prevention device programs <br />required by the California Administrative Code, <br />Title 17. <br />14. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br />Council approval of the development for any water <br />meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br />to a building permit. <br />15. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />1E. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />17. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />
