§4-4.24 Bingo Machines. It shall be unlawful for any person to <br />keep or use in any public place any amusement device of a <br />type commonly known as a "Bingo" type or "In-line" type or a <br />type wherein the winning of a game, or games is achieved by <br />the placing of balls into holes or cups in such a manner as <br />to activate, record or light-up figures or numbers on a <br />score board so as to record a series of numbers in any <br />contiguous, horizontal, vertical, or diagonal straight line <br />similar to a bingo game score. <br />§4-4.25 Standards. Amusement devices in public places shall be <br />maintained in accord with the following standards. These <br />standards shall be conspicuously posted in all places where <br />amusement devices are available to the public. <br />a. Amusement devices authorized in "game arcades" as <br />defined by §2-5.20d of this code shall be operated <br />in accord with conditions of required conditional <br />use permits. <br />b. All amusement devices in public places shall be under <br />the reasonable supervision of an employee on the premises <br />responsible for the operation of the devices at all <br />times. <br />c. All provisions of the Uniform Fire Code as administered <br />_. by the City with regard to aisle width dimensions and <br />clear and free access to and through areas used by the <br />public shall be observed at all times in conjunction with <br />the operation of amusement devices. <br />d. Bicycle racks shall be provided at locations so as to <br />be reasonably available to patrons of the premises at the <br />ratio of two (2) bicycle stalls for each of the first <br />three devices, Additional racks shall be provided at <br />a ratio determined adequate as a condition of use <br />permit approval for "game arcades" as defined herein. <br />Public places in which minors are not allowed shall <br />be exempt from this provision. <br />e. No amusement device shall be located outside of any <br />structure, as defined by §2-5.29 of this code. <br />f. Loitering on the premises by minors after the hour <br />of curfew is prohibited. <br />g• No person responsible for the operation of any amusement <br />device in a public place shall allow a school-age child <br />to play or operate such a device during any time such <br />child is required to be in school. <br />
