_ Section 2. If any word, clause, phrase, sentence, section or portion <br />thereof of this ordinance is deemed invalid on any grounds <br />by a court of competent jurisdiction, the City Council <br />declares that its intent is to adopt and enforce the <br />remaining provisions of this ordinance in spite of any <br />such invalidity. <br />Section 3. The Director of Planning and Community Development is <br />directed to make the above described standards available to <br />all operators of amusement devices within the City. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br />days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper <br />of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 5.
