NO. 2261 EXHIBIT "B" 1/12/83 <br />Tract 5115 MEMORANDUM <br />January 12, 1983 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5115 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map or as required by the City Engineer as public <br />service easements (P.S.E.). <br />2. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and <br />review by the City Engineer. <br />3. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />4. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />5. That a detailed grading and drainage plan and all <br />supporting information and design criteria be <br />submitted as part of the improvement plans for the <br />development. <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines be set at <br />0.5~ unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />Grades less than 0.5~ down to 0.3~ shall require <br />special approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, <br />and controlled flow testing. <br />
