__ RES. NO. 2261 EXHIBIT "A" 1/12/83 Tract 5115 1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5115 on file with the City. 2. That the developer shall comply with all conditions of Ordinance No. 994 (PUD-81-17). 3. That plans for lighting for the development shall be submitted to the Police Department for approval prior to issuance of building permits. 4, That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits are issued by the Fuilding Division.. 5. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall - be subject to approval of the Planning Division prior to issuance of building permits. Generally speaking such transformers shall not be located between any street and the front of a building. 6. That the CC&Rs for the development shall be submitted to and approved by the City Attorney's office prior to issuance of building permits. Said CC&Rs shall provide for a homeowners association of sufficient strength to properly maintain the property at all times. 7. That the applicant be aware that the development of the subject property is subject to the provisions o£ Chapter 14, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton (Ordinance No. 949) relating to con- struction in flood hazard areas. 8. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the staff reports from Engineering Services dated 1/12/83, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
