__ RES. NO. 2261 EXHIBIT "A" 1/12/83 <br />Tract 5115 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 5115 on file with the City. <br />2. That the developer shall comply with all conditions of <br />Ordinance No. 994 (PUD-81-17). <br />3. That plans for lighting for the development shall be <br />submitted to the Police Department for approval prior <br />to issuance of building permits. <br />4, That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required <br />permits are issued by the Fuilding Division.. <br />5. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall <br />- be subject to approval of the Planning Division prior <br />to issuance of building permits. Generally speaking <br />such transformers shall not be located between any <br />street and the front of a building. <br />6. That the CC&Rs for the development shall be submitted <br />to and approved by the City Attorney's office prior to <br />issuance of building permits. Said CC&Rs shall provide <br />for a homeowners association of sufficient strength to <br />properly maintain the property at all times. <br />7. That the applicant be aware that the development of the <br />subject property is subject to the provisions o£ <br />Chapter 14, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton (Ordinance No. 949) relating to con- <br />struction in flood hazard areas. <br />8. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />contained in the staff reports from Engineering Services <br />dated 1/12/83, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />
