JI <br />PLANNING COP4IISSION <br />J I CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2261 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON P,PPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5115 FOR <br />CHANG SU-0 LIN <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-0 Lin has applied for tentative subdivision approval of <br />a 71 unit townhouse residential subdivision of approximately 6.5 <br />acres of land located on the east side of Muirwood Drive between <br />West Las Positas Boulevard and Pecan Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 12, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission approved a Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />for Tract 5115 after considering all public input, relevant <br />documents and recommendation of City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that Tentative Tract Map 5115 <br />is in conformance with the approved Planned Unit Development for <br />the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITX OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Tract Map 5115, application of Chang Su-0 <br />Lin as described above subject to the conditions attached hereto <br />as "Exhibit A" and made a part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 12TH DAY OF JANUARY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 12, 1983 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~-~ . <br />Robert J.
