39. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines b set at <br />0.58 unless otherwise approved by the City En sneer. <br />Grades less than 0.58 down to 0.38 shall requ re special <br />approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets,and con- <br />trolled flow testing. <br />40. That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding tanks on <br />the site be properly sealed, filled and aband ned prior <br />to the start of grading operations unless Zon 7 retains <br />specific wells for observation wells, or spec al approval <br />is obtained from the City Engineer for tempor ry use of <br />an existing well for construction water. <br />41. That the_haul route for all materials to and rom this <br />development be approved by the City Engineer rior to <br />approval of the final map or the start of any construction. <br />42. That the developer submit an erosion and sedi entation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the impr vement <br />plans prior to the approval of the final map r the start <br />of any construction. <br />43. That the developer submit a dust control plan~or procedure <br />as part of the improvement plans prior to app oval of the <br />final map or the start of construction. <br />44. That storm drainage system be privately maint fined by the <br />property owners or through an association app~oved by the <br />City. <br />45. That approval of the water supply and distrib tion system <br />be withheld pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />that the proposed system meets both the immedi to and <br />long-range requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />46. That the developer comply with any and all app icable <br />requirements of the cross-connections control nd backflow <br />prevention device programs required by the Cal'fornia <br />Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />A-5 <br />
