39. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines b set at 0.58 unless otherwise approved by the City En sneer. Grades less than 0.58 down to 0.38 shall requ re special approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets,and con- trolled flow testing. 40. That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding tanks on the site be properly sealed, filled and aband ned prior to the start of grading operations unless Zon 7 retains specific wells for observation wells, or spec al approval is obtained from the City Engineer for tempor ry use of an existing well for construction water. 41.
