That approval of the design for the line, gra e, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving t is develop- <br />ment be withheld pending final design and rev'ew by the <br />City Engineer. <br />36. That the developer secure approval from the P anning Director <br />for all proposed street names prior to submit al of the final <br />map. <br />37. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise appr ved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutte be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when e <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />3g.
